For me, the starting point is always awareness. To slow down enough to notice what is happening within us — in the body, in the mind, in our emotions, and in the way we relate to the world around us.I believe that much of the way we live happens automatically. We react, repeat patterns, follow beliefs and expectations we may have never consciously chosen. My workshops are an invitation to create a little more space between what happens to us and how we respond.

To notice. To pause. To feel. To choose.

Through yoga, meditation, Buddhist psychology and philosophy, self-leadership, and practical tools for everyday life, we explore how we can become more present and more connected to ourselves.Rather than trying to control or change everything we experience, I am interested in learning how to meet what is here — with curiosity, compassion, and a little less resistance. The practices I share are tools I use in my own life. They have helped me understand myself more deeply, recognise my patterns, regulate my nervous system, and create more choice in moments when I might otherwise react automatically.

My workshops are therefore not about teaching people how they should live. They are about creating a space to explore what feels true for you. Sometimes this means moving the body through yoga. Sometimes it means sitting quietly and observing the mind. Sometimes it means questioning an old belief, noticing a familiar reaction, or discovering a new way of responding. And sometimes it simply means learning to be with ourselves — without needing to fix anything. I believe that awareness creates choice, and choice creates freedom. My intention is to offer practical experiences and perspectives that you can take with you beyond the workshop — into your relationships, your work, your parenting, and your everyday life.

A space to pause.
A space to notice.
A space to choose how you want to live and act your life.
