Supporting and guiding people has always been more than just a profession for me—it is something deeply connected to my very being. As a social worker, I have supported individuals across a wide range of roles and life stages, always driven by a deep curiosity about what shapes us, challenges us, and fosters our growth. Over the years, my own path has led me to explore various dimensions of the human experience—from Buddhist psychology and philosophy, Hatha Yoga, and meditation to personal development, self-awareness, and the courage to step outside my comfort zone. Learning, exploring, and questioning have always been integral parts of my journey. Today, I am deeply committed to discovering and shaping my own way of life—free from expectations, conditioning, and ingrained beliefs. It is an ongoing process of questioning, unlearning, and letting go: What no longer serves me? What did I adopt without question? And what kind of life truly aligns with my authentic self?

Five years ago, I left Switzerland and started a new chapter abroad. Today, I live primarily in Portugal but regularly return to Switzerland to pursue the activities and passions that are close to my heart.

Compassion and presence are at the heart of my work. Both in my work with others and in my own life, I draw upon practices and methods rooted in Buddhist traditions—particularly to cultivate mindfulness and awareness, and to support nervous system regulation.
